What if Your CPU Cooler Fails?
Intel Platform: MSI P35 Neo
The P35 Neo utilizes the Intel P35 chipset, which is currently the best choice for upper mainstream users who don't have ambitions to run twin graphics cards. This core logic product only offers a total of 16 PCI Express lanes, which typically are routed into one slot for graphics. This is a rather simple motherboard, as it only has a three-phase voltage regulator, and it doesn't support enthusiast features such as SATA/300 with RAID or optical digital audio output. However, it comes with all the basic components and features such as decent overclocking options. Most P35 motherboards like this one are also ready to take on Intel's upcoming 45 nm Penryn processors, which represent a face lift to the Core 2 Duo.
