From the back, you can see the big system fan. It has quite a high air throughput, which makes high rotation speeds unnecessary, and that ensures that the noise level remains low.
A quick view into the case shows the ressources: There are 7 bays for 3.5" drives (three externally available, four internal ones) and 4 bays for 5.25".
Again you can see the large fan.
The drive mounting rack at the bottom is fixed with 4 screws. After removal, it can be taken away:
