Aopen reduces PC running costs through energy conservation
Motherboard maker Aopen has carved itself a niche in the small-form-factor (SFF) PC segment by focusing on its energy-saving MoDT (mobile on the desktop) solutions, and at this year's Computex Taipei 2006 the company has begun extending the energy saving theme to other product lines.
For its motherboard and PC products, AOpen's Computex booth only features MoDT solutions, which include the company's family of SFF PCs, PC solutions based on Intel's platforms for the digital home (Viiv) and enterprise (vPro).
