Cut off both ends of the wire so that only the loop is left.
Now the loop is placed on the pins - just as pictured. Meanwhile, the CPU should be turned so that the marked corner (recognizable by the triangle) is in the lower left.
It's done: finally, bend the wire at the midpoint to keep it from slipping out.
The CPU is inserted in the socket, making multipliers between 5.0 and 12.5 available during boot-up.
