Upgrade With Phantom Processor
According to the Intel spec sheet, such a beast as a Pentium 4 with 2.8 GHz and 100 MHz system clock (FSB400) should not exist. But due to interest on the part of major customers, small batches like that are produced now and again, serving mainly upgrades - as is the case here.
