The SPEC benchmarks for Solidworks 2001 Plus use a complex model of a machine and a vehicle, among other things. In the case of the machine, the maximum number of vertices is 2.25 million.
Aha! The driver developers haven't invested too much time here. What's curious is that the older Quadro4 900XGL model is actually a shade faster in the Solidworks graphics test. NVIDIA still has to do its homework in this application.
