Thermaltake Jungle512
The first thing you notice about the Thermaltake cooler is its enormous fan. With a 92 mm edge length and a height of 32 mm, the Jungle512 has one of the biggest fans in the test.

Really big: Thermaltake cooler.
The structure of the fins corresponds with that of the Intel boxed cooler, and even the number of fins is the same. The height of the heat sink matches the engineering sample at 38 mm. However, the overall height of 88 mm is significantly more than that of the boxed cooler.

The heatsink without the fan.

They save on copper here too.
The Thermaltake cooler also has speed regulation by means of the four-pin connector.
At maximum speed the fan becomes unbearably loud, emitting 67.5 dB(A), but in the stress test it managed to stick to 47.9 dB(A). The figure for thermal resistance is good, at 0.48 K/W. The store price for the Jungle 512 is $29 (29 €).
