Latency
I measured the panel's actual latency.

The specification of 8 ms is unjustified. Acceleration is all but non-existent. The best reading I got was 20 ms and the worst was 23 ms; that's resolutely old-school.
Overshoot
Since there's practically no Overdrive used, no one can accuse this monitor of going overboard. The W19 gets a rating of A.
