This time, the difference cannot be explained away by a simple lack of autofocus. Once more, Sony wins hands down over the Casio Exilim with its excessive vignetting and insufficient detail.
This test also reveals the main shortcoming of the Sony U10, which is the small size of its sensor. This results in resolution that is fine for full-screen display but not zoom where gradation is overdone.
