Audio Settings
As soon as digital output is activated, its three submenu items also become active. "Dolby Digital / DTS Multichannel Passthrough" is required if you have a 5.1 capable receiver hooked up to the Xbox.
Among other things, "My Music" lets you choose whether or not to search for CDs/titles on the Internet.
