First Person Shooters
First person shooters are also ideal for 3D viewing, putting the player in the shoes of the game's avatar in a convincing 3D world.
Far Cry:
This game awestruck me - it worked completely without a flaw, and was absolutely fantastic. Of the FPS titles I tried, Far Cry was the best to play in 3D - no contest. There were no visual anomalies to speak of, and the abundance of 3D foliage always created a feeling of being in the jungle. It simply looks absolutely amazing. As a side note, I found it was much easier to keep track of my position in my surroundings when playing with the stereoscopic glasses.
3D stereoscopic rating: 5 out of 5 stars
Star Wars Battlefront:
This game worked great - it was a lot of fun seeing massive AT-ATs up close. The scale is incredible when it's on a wall-sized display. There were minor visual artifacts like ghosting, which is a little distracting, but it was still very playable and a heck of a lot of fun.
