CD-R Writing
Handicapped by writing speeds that are lower than those of the other burners, the Asus and Pioneer came in last with times of over 4 minutes. The record was set by the Lite-On burner, with 2 minutes and 38 seconds to burn an 80-minute CD! Out of the 10 burners, five clocked times of under 3 minutes and four came in under 4 minutes.
