The MLC drives (Crucial, Super Talent) are also the ones that show the highest average power requirement when working at maximum throughput.
Once again, the balanced SLC flash SSDs by Samsung and OCZ dominate the benchmark, as they combine high performance (though not maximum performance) with impressive power efficiency.
