The package contents are complete: There is a DVD-RAM, a practical manual, B's Recorder Gold 5, B's Clip, neoDVD, PowerDVD from Cyberlink and a driver CD. The only thing we missed seeing was blank DVDs, which a clear majority of 4040B customers could probably have used. Except for this tiny deficit, the drive was impressive all the way down the line - you can also find firmware upgrades on the websites of LG.

  • Very informative review. Tedious reading and loading it though...It would have been nice to see a chart or graph at the end of the article with all the drives together. This loading page after page after page sucks big time. too much other crap. Otherwise, I did find what I was looking for. Thanks Tom's Hardware!
