Fujitsu-Siemens Scaleoview T17-2: Low Profile Colors
Color rendition on the T17-02 is pretty average when you look at the calibration curve.
On the positive side, we notice that 95% of the colors are rendered perfectly. On the other hand, the darker shades are very inaccurate.

And the reason, with a black level of 0.88 cd/m2 you can't expect better. At these same levels we're reminded more of a TV set than a PC screen. Naturally, we reduced the brightness (90% being the optimum for the best color rendering), but then accuracy takes a hit.
Contrast is stable enough if you stick with a brightness setting between 30% and 100% - outside this range it flounders.
