The Extras
The system came with a mouse and keyboard. For an additional fee, Falcon can not only paint your case, but also peripheral devices like these as well. Anything is possible as long as you have a thick enough wallet to cover the costs.
All of the software that comes with any of the components, such as the motherboard disk with drivers, is included. This way, the owner can reinstall or build a different system with their parts if they later upgrade their system several years down the road. Falcon will install software and games if you send them in advance or purchase them from Falcon, and it will tweak your settings to make sure you have the best gaming experience possible. Included is a recovery DVD, so if there is a catastrophic loss of one of the hard drives or it is just time to clean house, just pop the disk in the drive and bam - you are back to a workable state. The system is like new all over again, including your game settings if you so choose.
Last but not least, systems come with a goodies box. Falcon includes a small note to all new owners, along with a Falcon Northwest Logo mouse pad, T-shirt and coffee mug. The company even tosses in a special blend of coffee from the Bean Forge, called Falcon Fuel. I am a caffeine drinker, but mine comes in the form of soda. Still, to be thorough in our testing, I turned to a panel of judges who enjoy their morning cup of mud. All agreed that they liked the coffee.
