Cooling Performance
The fan of this 17.1 ounce (485 g) CPU cooler runs at a pretty fast 3,450 RPM, but at 34.3 dB(A) it is not terribly loud. When Windows was operating in idle mode we measured CPU temperatures of 36°C (97°F); under heavy load this climbed to 63°C (145°F).

Users normally acquire a boxed cooler when purchasing an AMD Athlon 64 CPU in a retail package.

theali AMD box cooler is ~450g (I have one at my home). The data is not showing apples-to-apples comparison. AMD cooler is lighter than Zamlan Cooler by ~100 grams.Reply
