Tom's Take On NVIDIA's New GeForce2 GTS
3D Card Benchmarks - 3DMark2000
I am still not quite sure what to think of the meaningfulness of 3DMark2000. It spits out a number that is supposed to tell me about the performance of a 3D card. Well, I though I give it a shot, since I was so depressed with the majority of the other benchmarks.
Aha, GeForce2 GTS scores better than the rest, Rage Fury MAXX is the loser. OK, I guess that's fair.
Hm. GeForce2 GTS is further ahead of the competition although we know that at 32-bit GeForce2 GTS scores a lot closer to GeForce and Quadro due to the memory bandwidth problem. That doesn't quite make sense to me. You would expect that Quadro is much closer to GeForce2's results than what you see here. I can't help it, but I still don't know what to think about 3DMark2000. I hope those results could at least help you a bit.
