The Magnificent Seven: GeForce3 Board Round-up
Features
By Uwe Scheffel
published Video Module
The video module installed on the board is based on a classic chip, the Conexant Brooktree Bt869. This chip converts digital signals into signals a television can read. This VO module doesn't contain a video-in port, since an additional chip would have been necessary anyway.
This port can only be used to play games or DVDs on your living-room television set. With the notable exception of Visiontek, DVD player software is a standard feature of all the GeForce3 boards we tested.
