Solid demand firms DDR prices, NAND prices also stabilize

published The generally stable demand for DDR, together with some acceleration of DDR consumption among downstream players, has stimulated the downstream players to speed up their procurement, amid a reduced supply. As a result, DRAM spot prices have firmed. As well, sequential price drops for NAND flash are narrowing, compared to last week, according to DRAMexchange.
