Citrix Unveils Receiver and Conference iPad Apps
Though we talked about the iPad being a great device for consumption in our live Q&A yesterday, we also talked about how it could be great for presentations.
Recognizing the iPad's potential in the business arena, Citrix has released versions of its GoToMeeting and Receiver applications specifically for the Apple tablet.
Most of you have probably heard of Citrix Receiver, an application that gives users to access their virtualized Windows applications (via XenApp or XenDesktop) through their iPad or iPhone.
The company also released a GoToMeeting app for the iPad. GoToMeeting is a teleconferencing tool that allows users share desktops, presentations, spreadsheets and slideshows.

I think this is pretty badass. I could totally use Citrix software to control my desktop while anywhere, even while iPood.

I can only vote once; I have the same rights as mods. I'd have to sign up for more than 20 accounts to get you guys down to zero and then down to minus 20. If it makes you feel better, I can give you a minus vote, but I can only vote once.
I already knew about the reciever for the iphone as one of my co-workers use that, i wish there was a better reciever for WinMo, android has a nice reciever UI too..

Wrong products. Receiver is not about controlling your desktop - it's about not having a desktop. GoToMeeting is about meetings including from your desktop. You need GoToMyPC for controlling your desktop (assuming you want to go with Citrix that is). No iPad app for that yet... But you could use your Windows Mobile phone for that purpose instead
