Zalman Updates Case and Cooling Collection

Zalman’s familiar CPU cooling line has been updated for CES to include new tower designs in both high-capacity and compact sizes. The CNPS11X Extreme tops its performance products with dual radiators aligned in a V-shape to direct airflow through the center.

The CNPS7X LED brings the same design concept into smaller chassis, while the CNPS5X-SZ targets the low-cost upgrade market.

More visually stunning, the GS1200 tower chassis targets PC enthusiasts with key upgrades over the workstation model on which it’s based. Improvements include 200mm LED fans on the side-panel (intake) and top-panel (exhaust), a top-panel 3.5” SATA hard drive dock, oversized CPU cooler support plate access hole and USB 3.0 support. This case was also used to promote Zalman’s new CPU and VGA power consumption meters.

As an Easter-egg for enthusiasts who occasionally get stuck with a notebook, we shot a photo of Zalman’s new ZM-NSP100 speakers. Anything this small will lack throbbing base, but the sound quality was still fairly impressive.

Good looking stuff, but must see more pictures of the cases as well as cooling benchmarks.

I was looking at her while reading the first few words of the next paragraph beginning, "More visually stunning..." Lol, thought it was a caption for the girl, and I couldn't agree more ;) I love random beautiful women haha

That extreme version looks wasteful with the oversized radiator. The fan doesn't cover the top and bottom inch! Looks hard to mod a dual fan setup on that as well.
