Apple Tops In Technical Support
Next news
Cupertino (CA) - Apple in number one in technical support, according to the Consumer Reports magazine. In a recently conducted survey, Apple placed first in both desktop and notebook technical support with scores of 83 and 81 percent respectively - which equates to "very satisfied" for consumers.
In the notebook category, Lenovo and Dell came in second and third with scores of 66 and 60 respectively while Dell and Gateway came in second and third in the desktop support category.
