HP engineers to join Intel
Next newsntel has agreed to hire the team of Hewlett-Packard engineers that helped design the chip giant's Itanium microprocessors for server computers, both companies said Wednesday.
"We're acquiring a team that has pretty impressive experience," said Richard Dracott, a general manager in Intel's enterprise platforms group.
