Parrot Rhythm n' Blue: Make phone calls through your car's radio system

Next news
3:06 PM - November 1, 2005 by Humphrey Cheung

Wouldn't it be nice for your car radio to automatically mute in response to an incoming cellular call? With Parrot's Rhythm n' Blue radio system you can do just that. The radio/cd player has an embedded Bluetooth receiver takes audio from your phone and transmits through the car speakers.

The system can play AM/FM as well as CDs with MP3s. It installs just like any other car radio and will pair with most Bluetooth phones. A small LCD screen will show Caller ID information for each call. It also has a built-in address book that is accessed by voice-recognition.

The Rhythm n' Blue should be available 1st quarter of 2006 for a suggested price of $349.
