A Look At The Hydrocool200
The Hydrocool200 is a mobile water cooling system made up of two main components. The external unit houses the pump, the radiator and the degas tank. On the front, the module has a display showing the operating states as well as several keys to set the alarm thresholds.

The CPU water block is suitable for both Pentium 4 and Athlon XP processors. The temperature sensor is on the top. The manufacturer has included fitted hoses (1.5 m) for the CPU block.

The water block is made of copper and coated with a thin layer of nickel to make it resistant against oxidation.
The CPU’s contact surface is very level. To improve heat transfer between the CPU surface and the water block, the manufacturer made a start at leveling the bottom surface, too. That makes a lot of sense, since nickel (90.7W/mK) has considerably worse thermal conductivity than copper (402W/mK).
To fit the water block on the CPU, Corsair supplies a mounting frame and retention brackets for the Pentium 4 as well as a metal clip for AMD processors, and a spray containing Shin-Etsu MicroSi thermal grease.
