SYSmark 2007 Preview Performance Results
Thanks to the doubled core count, Phenom brings a significant performance jump when compared to the Athlon 64 X2 or Athlon X2; the video creation and 3D sections of the SYSmark 2007 Preview benchmark suite benefit especially significantly. The single core Sempron falls behind due to only one processing core and a slightly lower clock speed of only 2.0 GHz vs. 2.3/2.4 GHz or the Athlon 64 X2 and Phenom processors.
