Keyboards Reviews

The iQunix ZX75 is a solid compact keyboard with a unique look and great wireless.

The HHKB Professional Hybrid Type-S is a well-built, compact keyboard with quiet Topre switches and a unique layout, and the new Snow colorway is pristine. But it’s pricey for such a niche product.

This accessibly priced keyboard challenges what you should expect from an “entry-level” custom mechanical keyboard.

The Melgeek Pixel offers the most customization of any mechanical keyboard that I’ve seen to date — but only because it’s made of legos.

The Corsair K100 Air Wireless RGB offers an incredibly thin form factor with a genuine mechanical keyboard feel. It comes at a high price, but is feature rich and feels great to game on.

The Roccat Vulcan II Max is a full-size wired keyboard with optical switches and bright, beautiful RGB lighting that looks fantastic paired with the included silicone wrist rest.

An expected, but rushed-feeling update

The Vulcan II Mini is all pretty lights, not enough (software) support.

The IRISLabs JRIS65 is a fantastic barebones mechanical keyboard kit for the price of $165 and it’s a great option for any newcomer to the hobby.

SteelSeries new Apex 9 TKL and Apex 9 Mini keyboards feature hot-swappable optical switches with adjustable 2-point actuation.
