Samsung Releases Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE Model

Samsung has released its Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE model, but the latest variant of the tablet is currently available in Korea.

The tablet is sold through three Korean wireless carriers, with the device itself also offering VoLTE (Voice over LTE). It allows for standard voice calls to be transmitted over the LTE data network.

In addition to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the LTE Galaxy Note 10.1 features Easy Clip, which allows users to draw on the screen with the tablet's S pen in order to select and copy text or an image.

A multi-window format displays two separate windows that can be adjusted, accompanied by Air View; the feature allows users to browse photos and other items without entering folders.

From on-board storage ranging from 16 to 64 GB, the tablet delivers a quad-core 1.4 GHz Exynos 4412 CPU, a 1280 x 800 resolution display, 2 GB of RAM, microSD and Bluetooth 4.0 support, as well as a 7,000 mAh battery and dual 5 MP/1.9 MP cameras.

Before 2013 arrives, the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE model will debut in several countries, including the United States.

Not so much a 'news' article than it is a press release.
