TG Daily Video: The Nintendo Line and Via's UMPC

We published several videos over the past few days to offer you a first hand hand impression from the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). Here are two more videos that slipped through our busy schedule initially: Via demonstrates it's Ultra Mobile PC and if you have not made it to E3 in person, you'll see what you have missed at the Nintendo booth.

With all the talk about UMPCs in the media, it's difficult to see one in action. At eFocus, Via S3 Graphics demonstrated the device. Via's The TableKiosk is actually available for purchase and runs a Via C7M low voltage processor and has a touch sensitive screen. For web browsing and other applications, users can call up an onscreen keyboard and tap with their thumbs. They can also use the recessed stylus from the bottom of the UMPC and write.

Nintendo's Wii has attracted a lot of attention and many people at E3 wanted to get a hand-on preview. How long were they prepared to wait? Very long it seems and in our video you'll see how long the line was and one player's reaction as he finished playing. You'll also get to see a Nintendo booth babe.
