EKWB Announces Successor To Its CoolStream XTC Radiators

EK Water Blocks announced a new high-performance radiator lineup for custom water cooling systems. The new EK-CoolStream CE radiators have been designed for maximum heat dissipation, and have been built with EK's upcoming EK-Vardar 140 mm high static pressure fans in mind.

EKWB said the CoolStream CE radiators include a core design derived from the analysis of complex computational fluid dynamics data, with the goal of maximizing heat dissipation. They feature a dual stack of copper fins to maximize cooling surface and parallel flow cooling chambers, which EK claimed reduces hydraulic resistance to a minimum.

The CoolStream CE radiators are available in four sizes: 140 mm, 280 mm, 420 mm and 560 mm, and EKWB said they offer the best cooling capacity in the 45 mm-thick 140 mm class. Each size is ready for push-pull configurations, with fan mounting holes on each size. The radiators include a single set of G1/4 threaded ports found on the front, which are recessed. EKWB includes a set of pre-installed extenders for compatibility with any fitting on the market.

The price for the EK-CoolStream CE 140 is $56.99, and the EK-CoolStream CE 280 and EK-CoolStream CE 420 are $75.99 and $99.99, respectively. These three options are available now. The EK-CoolStream CE 540 is due to be available in August; the European price has been announced, but the price in the U.S. is not yet available. EKWB Vardar 140 mm fans are the recommended solution for these radiators, and they will be available in the middle of August.
