A reinvented Palm Folio? More like an iPad knockoff, with a plastic shell in lieu durable aluminum. So similar to the iPad that it merely validates Apple's design.

Have I missed the release date on these articles or something? Do they have a target release date? In all honesty, they should have had this out a couple of months ago, and hit advertising hard core to get people thinking about this versus the iPad. But if it is released (and it more than likely will be) after the iPad 2, it has already lost the battle. With the next iPad using a dual core proc and other similar specs, well, it'll be an already painful uphill battle made a lot worse. Hopefully it does good and actually get people away from the hypnotizing products made by Apple.

The Foleo looks more like the laptop dock of the Motorola Atrix than the HP Touchpad.

  • Anything but Apple products... For some that is all that matters.
Apple apps are controlled by Apple, Android similarly with a built advertisement system.

Hopefully one will be able to install any app...
