Millis (MS) - If you carry around lots of data, you may as well do it in style. Kanguru announced a redesigned external harddrive series in alloy casing and blue lighting effects. The capacity of the "Quicksilver" drives ranges from 80 to 400 GByte.
The drives come in a unique design that, according to manufacturer Kanguru , is not only visually appealing but enables improved heat dissipation during prolonged use of the device. The Quicksilver series is offered in both USB2.0 and FireWire/USB2.0 combination options and integrates 7200 rpm drives with capacities of 80, 120, 160, 200, 250 or 400 GByte. The drives are priced from $130 to $590.
