Corsair has introduced their all-new H90 and H110 Hydro Series liquid CPU coolers, which are both an enlargement of the original H80 and H100 respectively. These new closed loop liquid coolers should deliver superior cooling performance and quieter operation compared to their 120mm counterparts.
The H110 comes with a huge 280mm radiator, while the H90 sports a 140mm radiator. The units will both come with low-speed, 140mm fans that are especially designed for high static pressure, which should move more air per dB of noise than 120mm fans.
Thi La, Corsair's Senior VP and GM of Memory and Enthusiast Components boasted: "Many PC enthusiasts choose liquid cooling for its extreme cooling efficiency and quiet operation. To take liquid cooling the next level, we super-sized the Hydro Series H110 and H90, providing users our best cooling-to-noise ratio ever."
Users will find that both the H90 and H110 feature an enhanced copper cold plate, which is supposed to enhance heat transfer for better cooling performance. Both the coolers are compatible with almost all modern CPU sockets, amongst which Intel LGA 1155, LGA 1156, LGA 1366, LGA 2011, along with AMD's AM2, AM3, AM3+, FM2 and FM1 sockets.
Corsair's Hydro Series H90 and H110 are already for sale, and suggested retail prices are $99.99 for the H90 and $129.99 for the H110.
