A final word needs to be said about the benchmark numbers. We used a professional Ultra320 SCSI RAID controller from LSI Logic, and as a result, the test results are bound to that controller. Using any other controller might show differing benchmark results, and the same applies to enabling dual-channel SCSI mode.
