Enermax Venus CS-10068-S3: Space For Two 5.25" Drives
Only upon closer investigation does the Venus case from Enermax reveal its special features. Behind the plastic front panels lie the two 5.25s and one bay for an internal 3.5" drive. The MicroATX case additionally can hold another hard drive without front panel access. A total of four drives will fit into the compact Venus case, which is remarkable given its miniature size.
The two hard drives are acoustically decoupled from the rest of the case by rubber rings. This prevents vibration from the rotating discs from being intensified by the metal frame. A pair of pedestals allow the Enermax case to be stood up vertically. The Venus case also comes in four other colors so it can fit in with any surroundings. The weak 270-Watt power supply operates on a delayed shutoff only after the power supply has cooled off. With the peripheral connectors of the power supply, two additional connectors for SATA hard drives connections are provided, alongside the four Molex connectors.
