Enermax Releases Five Fans With Adjustable Maximum Speed

Enermax has released some very interesting new case fans.

Enermax is announcing five new fan models: the Cluster Advance, Everest Advance, Magma Advance, T.B. Vegas Quad, and the T.B. Vegas. All of these fans will carry Enermax's APS (Adjustable Peak Speed) control, meaning that users will be able to set the highest speed of the fan, and some of the units will be PWM controlled. For example, the cluster advance can be adjusted to run within ranges from 500 RPM to either 1200 RPM, 1500 RPM or 1800 RPM. All of the fans feature Enermax's patented Twister bearing, which is a magnetic bearing technology that is supposed to help reduce wear and tear.

The T.B. Vegas and the T.B. Vegas Quad offer a number of different LED lighting options, some of which carry up to 24 LEDs, and all of them have six different lighting modes.

The fans are said to be released sometime in May 2013, with MSRPs of $16, $14, $9, $20, and $15 for the Cluster Advance, Everest Advance, Magma Advance, T.B. Vegas Quad, and the T.B. Vegas, respectively.

    The only fans I buy are Delta Electronic Fans. I might consider an Enermax fan when it has more than 100 CFM. I like having control of the airflow to over 100CFM using a fan controller.

    I have a number of the Enermax fans in service, and they are all great fans. Love the detachable blades for cleaning and modding. I'll def be picking up a few of these, I highly recommend them

    Article tells you nothing of real importance about these fans. Terrible job. Whats the noise at the various maximums? whats the static pressures? For the prices of these fans you can pay a few more dollars and get top of the line noctua fans, a company that has expense in fans not because of lighting or aesthetic design but because of engineering the highest airflow with the lowest noise.
