GemTek to ship USB dongles to Nintendo in October
Next newsGemTek Technology has secured orders to manufacture external wireless USB dongles for Nintendo's game consoles, with volume shipment to begin in October, according to market sources and an October 6 report in the Chinese-language Commercial Times.
GemTek will be able to ship 200,000-300,000 USB dongles a month to Nintendo in the fourth quarter of this year, with shipments to start picking up in early 2006, the Commercial Times reported.
