Rambus Inc. stock plummeted Tuesday as investors reacted to what some see as setbacks in its patent infringement suit against Infineon.
Los Altos, Calif.-based Rambus has been embroiled in a series of lawsuits with some of the top memory chip makers as it seeks to collect royalty payments.
