Tesoro Updates Shrike Gaming Mouse With Colors, Higher DPI

Tesoro Technology USA announced on Thursday that its Shrike Laser Gaming Mouse is now available in five color options: Black, Brushed Silver, Yellow, Orange and White. The mouse, designed with FPS gamers in mind, also boasts new hardware features including an increased DPI, improved and refined RGB lighting that can be customized, and updated software.

The Black, Yellow, Orange and White models are rubber coated so that the user has a better grip on the peripheral. The Brushed Silver model is made from high-quality plastic and sports a "brushed metal" design.

A list of specifications include an AVAGO 9800 laser sensor that's adjustable from 100 to 8200 dpi for both X and Y axis, 1000 Hz Ultrapolling rate control and 128 Kb of on-board memory. There's also eight independently programmable buttons and rubberized grips on each side of the peripheral.

Other features include an adjustable weight system up to 35g, a braided cable, a gold-plated USB connector, and high speed motion detection and acceleration. The mouse also allows FPS gamers to configure the speed of double-clicks for rapid fire.

"Through its programmable software UI, users can define up to 5 sets of mouse mapping, 40 macro keys, game script setting and illumination effect control," the product page said.

The mice will be made available in November in the United States for $49. You can purchase one at Tesoro Gaming USA, Newegg, Amazon and NCIX.

Redragon Perdition is the best bang for buck mouse out right now that I can think of it's got tons of features and is extremely affordable for what it offers. It's a comfortable mouse it's stylish and very functional. Not to mention it's better than any Microsoft or Logitech mouse I've ever owned or tried and have had and tried plenty of both.
