The brass socket has been friction-welded to the cooling head guide frame at the factory.

Now place the guide frame in the cooling head frame.

Fit the rubber seal to the edge of the frame. It later provides a seal against humidity.

Position the frame and cooling head frame on the component side of the motherboard. Take care to position it correctly. Insert the screws from the rear.
