You can also get USB2.0 version and demand for 7200rpm disks without a case is high. Or maybe 3.0 version could be 7200rpm in some regions...

    It may be 5900rpm like the 2Tb version :(
    Also, it doesn't have a power switch so it'll shut off if the computer goes off.
    In addition, it used to have problems if you use it as a backup driver connected to a computer esp. a server in that it powers down after a few minutes but takes awhile to power up. You can NOT change the settings >:(
    Seagate's external drives aren't that user-friendly which is why I will not buy them again as I returned the 2Tb version and will Never buy another Seagate Expansion drive!
