The ongoing memory crisis is expected to get worse next year, thus opting for a bundle is a smart move to avoid paying an excessive amount for a new RAM kit. We’ve recently covered several RAM bundle deals, and if you don’t mind an older platform, Newegg has a solid offer that includes a B550 motherboard, 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 360mm AIO cooler, and a mid-tower PC case, all for $299.90.

This AM4 motherboard and RAM combo is the perfect start for a low-cost system, and combining the two in this bundle negates the higher RAM costs. The combo also includes a case and a 360mm AIO liquid cooler from Montech.

The ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac is a full-size ATX motherboard offering all the basics including support for up to DDR4-4733+ (OC) memory, a PCIe Gen 4 M.2 SSD slot, plenty of USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, gigabit LAN, and Wi-Fi with Bluetooth wireless connectivity. The G.Skill Ripjaws V-Series DDR- 3200 (PC4 25600) memory offers a CAS Latency of CL16 (timings of 16-18-18-38), with a voltage of 1.35V.

As for the case, the Montech HS01 Pro supports back-connect motherboards with a top-down reversible layout, allowing the entire setup to be positioned either the left or right side. With support for up to 11x120mm fans, the case comes with five preinstalled ARGB PWM fans. The case has been designed with bottom air intake and top exhaust to create a natural chimney effect for efficient heat dissipation. As for the cooler, the Montech HyperFlow Silent 360 features a standard 360mm radiator with three Metal Pro 12 Silent fans (24.8dBA) and a clean black finish, pre-applied thermal paste and a 6-year warranty with built-in leakage protection.

"But the combo deal price of $299.90 saves you 30%, or $131.88, compared to buying each component separately. This bundle can potentially serve as a strong foundation for a Ryzen 5000-based build, say like the Ryzen 7 5800X3D, which remains a solid and capable processor for modern gaming."

Seen prices and availability for those 5800x3d chips lately?

Cant find them new in the UK and if you do they are like the cost of your first unborn. Maybe the US is different.

Might as well sink that money straight into DDR5 cos everything else on AM5 is reasonably priced for now.
