The L90D+ looks perfect on paper. A response time of 8 ms, contrast ratio of 700:1 (!) and a price that's quite reasonable. Add to that the fact that it has a pivot mode and height adjustment, and you have everything needed to make this display a best-seller.

Design
At Hyundai, the L product line has traditionally denoted the midrange, while the Q line was oriented towards the high end and gamers - remember the legendary Q17 in particular. The L90D+ is an exception to this rule, however; there's nothing entry-level about this model at all. The design is simple and effective, and the panel has a shell with very thin borders, directly inherited from the Q19 model. The assembly is clean and the lines are elegant. A fine job.
Ergonomics
The ergonomics of the L90D+ are really well done. The monitor's height and tilt are adjustable, and it has a very practical pivot mode. If you spend your days working on a PC, the L90D+ will let you find a comfortable position for all types of work. One slight regret: the industrial-type adjustment buttons you find on the Q19 have been used again here. They're hard to operate, and they're located under the panel. It's a shame, because other than this the L90D+ is close to flawless in design.
Features

The L90D+ offers just enough in the equipment department - dual VGA/DVI connectivity and an internal transformer. It's not much, but it's sufficient, since other features generally don't serve much purpose anyway.
