Looking ahead to Intel's 925XE chipset and FSB1066

Samsung is the third memory maker that sent us samples of their DDR2-667 modules. At only 266 MHz clock we were able to run them at CL4-4-4-10, whereas we had to switch to CL5-5-5-10 at 333 MHz - that is also how the DIMMs are labeled (see below). We did not have the time to check the maximum frequency, but at 350 MHz we had no problems at all.
