ABS Technical support is only open 8:30 am till 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday through telephone, email and online chat.
ABS one-year onsite service has been included with all ABS systems. However, you will need to trouble shoot over the phone with a technician who will ship out parts and dispatch a technician to your home who will call and schedule an appointment to make the install. You are generally limited to two visits per year from an onsite technician. According to ABS support, the onsite technician will not be able to do onsite technical support - they will only do the hardware replacement.

ABS will pay shipping in both directions if an RMA is filed within the first 30 days of shipping the system. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the system back to ABS, but ABS will cover the cost of shipping back to the customer. Additionally, ABS has a 30-day return policy from the day it ships from them.
Price
For the price, you really do not receive much in the ways of extras. What you do get is a good performing system that does hold its own against more expensive systems that utilize liquid-cooling and overclocking to achieve higher scores. ABS fits into the market primarily as a value system builder. Although they may have low prices with their mainstream systems, their M6 system is not so modestly priced at around $4,000 plus shipping. The price for this system is high, although it may be tuned this way because of the warranty that ABS includes with their systems.
