OCZ today announced new versions of their DDR1 memory offerings. OCZ launched 1 GByte modules of its "DDR PC-4000 Platinum Enhanced Bandwidth Edition" with 3-3-2 timings. The company offers the 500 MHz memory in 2 GByte kits
Corsair says that it partnered with Asustek and claims that it has developed the "world's highest performing 1 GByte module for the AMD platform." The firm's XMS-3500LL PRO DDR437 (218 MHz) devices also come in a 2 GByte kit and offer latencies of 2-3-2-6-1T.
Pricing for both products has not been announced. (THG)
