Conclusion

If the only reason you didn't like the H97M-ITXa/c was the lack of PCI expansion slots, this board addresses your concern in the still-compact micro-ATX form factor. It is worth noting that unlike most other micro-ATX boards in this price range, this one gives you four DIMM slots. In fact, right now, it appears that all but another ASRock H97 board (soon to be tested) in this price range are lesser B85 or even H81 boards.
