Asus' CULV Notebooks
As far as CULV notebook pricing goes, we generally draw a line around $600. Above that price, there are some more compelling solutions hosting powerful hardware. For that reason alone, we decided to leave out ultra-low-voltage Arrandale-based processors (Core i3/i5/i7-XXXUM) because most of the prices on systems centering on those cross over our $600 threshold. The main choices so far remain Core 2 Duo, AMD's Nile platform (we're still waiting on Brazos-based solutions for comparison), and anything mated to Nvidia's Ion 2.
