Polaroid has announced two tablets at CES 2013, the Android-powered 7-inch M7 and 10-inch M10.
The M7 is powered by a dual core processor and runs on Google's Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. A front-facing two-megapixel camera is included, with the IPS 7-inch display delivering a resolution of 1280 x 800 and a PPI (pixels per-inch) of 216. The tablet sports 8 GB of storage, which is expandable if you need to upgrade down the road. Launch is scheduled for sometime during the spring when it'll retail for $129.
Polaroid's M10, pictured below, houses a 10-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800. There's an integrated five-megapixel rear camera as well as HDMI connectivity and 16 GB of internal storage.
Powering it will be a quad core processor, in addition to Android Jelly Bean taking the lead on the software side. It'll also be available during the spring with a price tag of $229. Stay tuned for hands on pictures from our team at CES!

outlw6669 Both tablets sport a 1,280x800-pixel IPS 216 PPI display.
Pretty sure a 1280x800 10" tablet is not quite as pixel dense as a 1280x800 7" tablet...
Still, the prices seem about right; as long as performance is still high enough for basic usage.
Great to see they both have expandable storage! -
back_by_demand sixdegreeThose interfaces look eerily similar to Windows Phone Live Tile.Yep, gotta agree, since when did Android Jelly Bean start copying the look and feel of Windows 8 Tiles?Reply -
